Owners Justin and Aless have been in the industry since they were kids. Both come from a family of restauranteurs and hoteliers. 

Justin born in Galway Ireland came to the states to pursue a career in hotel and restaurant management and has opened and run many famous NYC restaurants.

Aless (the chef) born and raised in NYC ran her family restaurant until 2017 and then opened a catering company called, Chef Aless, that is still successful and now operating from Brasserie.

Both moved to Seaford during the pandemic and are so happy to be sharing their recipes and hospitality with the south shore of Long Island.
